Yorke has stated that the Massive Attack opening set will be both “unique” and “acoustic”. The set will also feature performances of both his solo material as well as certain Radiohead songs.
Anima, Yorke’s third and most recent solo album was released in June 2019, accompanied by a short film directed by distinguished director Paul Thomas Anderson.
Massive Attack headline the bill on Sunday 24th May, with support from Nils Frahm, Young Fathers, Neneh Cherry, Sevdaliza, Fatoumata Diawara, TNGHT, GAIKA, Skinny Pelembe, Hotel Lux, and Mad Professor.
